Meetings are held in person but also live streamed using Microsoft Teams. 

Public Comment on Agenda Items or at the end of the meeting

Three (3) minute limit on each comment

1. Click on the Raise hand icon when you wish to speak
2. The Chairperson will call on your name to speak
3. A request to unmute will be sent
4. State your name and town you reside
5. When statement is finished, your hand will be lowered
