Atlantic County Continuum of Care
The Atlantic County Homeless Consortium (ACHC), a group of public and private non-profit agencies which oversee the homeless service activities for Atlantic County. ACHC coordinates the implementation of a housing and service system that meets the needs of persons experiencing homelessness throughout its geography.
Homeless Prevention and Response System
The Homeless Prevention and Response System encompasses:
- Outreach, engagement, and assessment
- Shelter, housing, and supportive services; and
- Homelessness prevention and diversion strategies
- Funding for homeless services and housing
Notice of Intent
FY2024 Continuum of Care
The Atlantic County Executive Committee is now accepting Notices of Intent forms from all agencies interested in applying for FY2024 Continuum of Care funding administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Agencies interested in HUD CoC funding must submit a Notice of Intent form for each project which will be reviewed by a local selection committee appointed by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee strongly encourages all agencies interested in serving those who have experienced homelessness, including agencies that have not previously received HUD CoC funding, to consider submission of a Notice of Intent. All Notices of Intent will be evaluated according the scoring criteria attached. Funding for new projects will be determined based on proposal score and will be made available through CoC bonus funds and/or reallocation of funds from existing renewal projects. Completed NOIs must be submitted via Survey Monkey Apply.
There will be a technical assistance session for all interested applicants, new applicants are required to attend.
