ADA Requests and Grievances
It is the policy of Atlantic County Government to provide equal access for people with disabilities to all of its activities, services, policies and programs. Under Title II of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and under the NJ LAD (Law Against Discrimination), clients who need a reasonable accommodation to utilize County programs/services should make their needs known to the County’s ADA Coordinator.
