Meals on Wheels (Home Delivered Meals)

Home-delivered meals are available for frail individuals 60 years of age or older who are unable to leave the confines of home and cannot prepare their own meals.

This program is provided by the Nutrition Project for the Elderly which also offers the Senior Centers Congregate Programs.
