Internal Affairs Investigation Unit
The Investigations Unit is responsible for conducting and/or overseeing the investigations of all complaints of misconduct brought against any member of the Atlantic County Justice Facility. This Unit will perform a thorough and unbiased investigation into the allegations of misconduct which ensures the integrity of the Atlantic County Justice Facility and inspires confidence, and related trust from the community that we serve.
The Atlantic County Justice Facility appreciates the opportunity to resolve all complaints of conflict and misconduct from civilians and residents. We will process this information as soon as possible. Please fill out this form with as much information as possible.
Complaints can be submitted in person, anonymously, mail, email, or by calling the Investigations Unit at (609) 909-7434.
