Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) is a document which describes how Atlantic County Government is meeting their requirements with regards to their Highway Agency Stormwater Permit for non-point source pollution issued by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Atlantic County’s Highway Agency Stormwater Permit covers the three Atlantic County Public Works Yards (Northfield, Bears Head, and Hammonton) and the County’s roadway network.
